We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Clerk Assistant to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist in data entry and record keeping
- Assist in inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office clerk assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners
