We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager Assistant in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing projects within the department
- Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met
- Assist in tracking and reporting on project progress and performance
- Help identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures
- Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Information Technology industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
