We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Research Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and a passion for using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of operations research programs to optimize agricultural processes, improve resource allocation, and enhance overall productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key research questions, design data collection methods, and analyze results to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain models and simulations to forecast trends, evaluate potential scenarios, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations research and recommend innovative solutions to address challenges and maximize opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, agricultural economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software, data visualization tools, and programming languages such as Python or R
