We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Research Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing our healthcare operations research programs to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operations research strategies and initiatives to optimize healthcare operations and improve patient outcomes
- Lead a team of operations research analysts and specialists to conduct data analysis, modeling, and simulation to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals, to design and implement solutions based on research findings
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in operations research and healthcare management to continually improve program effectiveness
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on program performance and outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in operations research, program management, or healthcare administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and quality improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
