We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager Assistant in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of transportation and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily operations
- Monitor and track transportation schedules and logistics activities
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock levels
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
