We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Research Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Operations Research Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic operations research initiatives within the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operations research analysts to develop and implement analytical models and algorithms to optimize transportation and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions using operations research techniques.
- Develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in operations research and apply them to drive business results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in operations research, transportation, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis software and optimization tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
