We are seeking a talented and experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in organizational development within the consumer goods industry and a passion for driving growth and change within organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development
- Design and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement talent management programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee engagement strategies
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their leadership skills and drive organizational change
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing organizational development strategies and initiatives
