Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our Real Estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development strategies to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development
- Developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Facilitating team building and leadership development activities
- Collaborating with HR and management teams to implement organizational change initiatives
- Providing coaching and support to employees at all levels of the organization
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational development programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
