We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Outdoor Recreation Leader to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and promoting physical fitness and wellness among our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, biking, yoga, and team building exercises for patients and staff
- Ensure the safety of all participants during outdoor activities by following proper safety protocols and procedures
- Provide instruction and guidance to participants on proper techniques and equipment use
- Maintain and organize outdoor recreational equipment and supplies
- Assist in the development of outdoor recreational programs and initiatives to promote physical activity and wellness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to incorporate outdoor activities into patient treatment plans
- Monitor and track participant progress and outcomes related to outdoor recreational activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field preferred
- [4-8] years of experience in leading outdoor recreational activities
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of outdoor recreational equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments
- Passion for promoting physical fitness and wellness through outdoor activities
