We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist Assistant to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and support, with a focus on pharmaceutical laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Paralegal Specialist in conducting legal research on pharmaceutical laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to pharmaceutical operations
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files and documents
- Provide support in preparing for legal proceedings, including court hearings and depositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws and regulations
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact pharmaceutical operations
- Support the Paralegal Specialist in handling legal correspondence and communication with external parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- [X] years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
