We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal Specialist Assistant to join our team in the Education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide support to our legal team and assist in various legal tasks related to our educational institution.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Paralegal Specialist in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Assist in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and other relevant parties
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal agreements and contracts
- Prepare reports and presentations related to legal matters
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to the Education sector
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
