Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the real estate sector. The Paramedic will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients, employees, and visitors during events, site inspections, and other activities related to real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medical services and a passion for providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Emergency Response: Provide immediate medical assistance and emergency care to individuals in need, including clients, employees, and contractors on real estate sites.
- Health Assessments: Conduct health assessments and first aid procedures to determine the severity of injuries or illnesses and administer appropriate care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with site managers, safety officers, and other personnel to ensure a safe working environment and to prepare for potential medical emergencies.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for staff on basic first aid, CPR, and emergency response protocols to enhance overall workplace safety.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all medical treatments provided, incidents reported, and any follow-up care needed.
- Equipment Management: Ensure that all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained, stocked, and compliant with local regulations and standards.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Stay updated on local health and safety regulations, ensuring that the real estate company adheres to all necessary medical protocols and procedures.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community health initiatives and events to promote health awareness within the real estate sector and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services from a recognized institution.
- Certification: Valid Paramedic certification and current BLS/ACLS certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paramedic role, preferably in a corporate or event-based environment. Previous experience in real estate or construction-related settings is a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work under pressure. Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
