We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Park Maintenance Supervisor to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Park Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all outdoor areas within our healthcare facility, including parks, gardens, and recreational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all outdoor areas, including regular landscaping, cleaning, and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of all outdoor areas to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the budget for park maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in outdoor areas, including proper waste disposal and pest control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in park maintenance or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
