Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, specifically in patent law, and will be responsible for protecting our company's inventions and innovations in the retail sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent searches and analyses to determine the patentability of new inventions or innovations
- Drafting and filing patent applications with the relevant authorities
- Managing and maintaining our company's patent portfolio
- Providing legal advice and guidance on patent-related issues
- Representing the company in patent disputes and litigation
- Collaborating with inventors, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper protection of intellectual property rights
- Keeping up to date with changes in patent laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, with a specialization in intellectual property law
- Admission to the bar in Abu Dhabi or relevant jurisdiction
- [Random number] years of experience practicing patent law, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of patent laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
