Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Patent Lawyer specializing in the energy sector, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on all matters related to patents, trademarks, and intellectual property rights within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent searches and analyses to determine the patentability of new inventions in the energy sector
- Drafting and filing patent applications with the relevant patent offices
- Advising clients on patent protection strategies and potential infringement issues
- Managing patent portfolios and conducting due diligence on existing patents
- Representing clients in patent disputes and litigation
- Keeping abreast of changes in patent laws and regulations in the energy sector
- Collaborating with inventors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Licensed to practice law in Abu Dhabi
- [Number] years of experience as a Patent Lawyer, preferably in the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of patent laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
