Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk Assistant to join our Real Estate company in Dubai. The Payroll Clerk Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Payroll Clerk in processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payroll Clerk in processing payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Process payroll adjustments, such as retroactive pay and reimbursements
- Assist with payroll tax calculations and deductions
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Assist with payroll audits and compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data security
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk Assistant or similar role
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- Knowledge of payroll principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
