We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees using the payroll system
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and bonuses
- Generate payroll reports and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with payroll tax filings and audits as needed
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
