We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Banker Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a background in finance or banking.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Personal Bankers with customer inquiries and transactions
- Provide support in opening and closing customer accounts
- Process loan and mortgage applications
- Assist with account maintenance and updates
- Conduct financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to promote banking products and services
- Maintain knowledge of current financial regulations and compliance standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
