We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Banker Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry. In this role, you will work closely with Personal Bankers to provide exceptional customer service and support in managing client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Personal Bankers in opening and closing client accounts
- Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
- Prepare and maintain client files and documentation
- Assist in identifying and pursuing opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
