Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Photogrammetrist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in photogrammetry and be adept at employing advanced imaging techniques to support medical applications. As a Photogrammetrist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our healthcare services through the accurate interpretation and analysis of spatial data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize photogrammetric techniques to create precise 2D and 3D models from aerial and terrestrial imagery, specifically focused on healthcare environments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and capture relevant spatial data that can aid in diagnostics, treatment planning, and facility management.
- Conduct field surveys and data collection using various imaging technologies, including drones and terrestrial laser scanning.
- Analyze and process photographic and laser data using specialized software to produce detailed maps, models, and visualizations for healthcare projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of spatial data through rigorous quality control and validation processes.
- Present findings and technical reports to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the implications of data are clearly communicated to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in photogrammetry and imaging technologies, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in healthcare applications.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns in photogrammetric techniques and software.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards and guidelines in all photogrammetric activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in photogrammetry, with a focus on healthcare applications being an advantage.
- Proficiency in photogrammetric software such as Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of spatial data analysis and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Experience with imaging technologies, including drones and terrestrial laser scanners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certification in photogrammetry or GIS.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
