Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and other construction professionals to plan and execute plumbing installations for energy-related projects.
- Diagnose plumbing problems using the appropriate tools and techniques, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, providing timely and efficient service to minimize disruption.
- Ensure that all plumbing work adheres to industry standards and regulations, prioritizing safety and quality.
- Train and supervise junior plumbing staff and apprentices, providing guidance and support to develop their skills.
- Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies, materials, and best practices within the energy sector.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in plumbing is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in plumbing, preferably within the energy sector or related industries.
- Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques, as well as relevant codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in the use of plumbing tools and equipment, including diagnostic and repair tools.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and under various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
