Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
- Lead procurement team in negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness in pricing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes
- Manage budget and track procurement KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in a manufacturing setting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and practices
