We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Professional Organizer Assistant in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Professional Organizer in decluttering and organizing healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and medical offices
- Implement organizational systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth implementation of organizational strategies
- Maintain detailed records of inventory and supplies
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional organizing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
