We are seeking a Professional Organizer Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Professional Organizer in managing and organizing various projects and tasks related to the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and daily schedules
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Professional Organizer
- Assist in managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
