We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various healthcare programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and outcomes in alignment with the organization's strategic plan
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
- Monitor program activities and progress towards goals, making adjustments as needed
- Prepare and maintain program budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, evaluations, and other necessary materials
- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling meetings, events, and trainings
- Provide support and guidance to program staff, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and standards
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends and best practices to inform program development and implementation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
