We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychiatric Technician to join our transportation and logistics team in Dubai. The Psychiatric Technician will be responsible for providing mental health support and care to individuals within the transportation industry who may be experiencing psychological distress or mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of individuals to determine mental health needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals
- Providing counseling and therapeutic interventions to individuals with mental health concerns
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to treatment
- Collaborating with transportation and logistics staff to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals with mental health issues
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Certified Psychiatric Technician
- At least 2-5 years of experience working in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred
