Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Psychiatric Technician will be responsible for providing direct care to patients with mental health disorders in a construction setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatment methods, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of patients' mental health status
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' behavior or condition
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide support and assistance to patients in coping with their mental health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in a mental health setting
- Certified Psychiatric Technician license
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods
