We are seeking a talented and experienced Public Affairs Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in public relations, government relations, and corporate communications within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and media outlets.
- Monitor and analyze public policy issues that may impact the company's operations and provide strategic advice to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and communication strategies.
- Manage crisis communications and handle media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and public relations activities to promote the company's interests.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments to anticipate potential challenges or opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing public affairs campaigns and initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the consumer goods industry and regulatory landscape in the Middle East region.
