We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Affairs Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Public Affairs Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of public relations, government relations, and corporate communications within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic public affairs plans to enhance the company's reputation and promote its interests in the energy sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry stakeholders, and media outlets
- Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations
- Coordinate and manage communications campaigns, including press releases, media interviews, and social media content
- Organize and participate in public events, conferences, and industry meetings
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to senior management on public affairs issues
- Manage a team of public affairs professionals and external consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, political science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications within the energy sector
- Strong understanding of the political and regulatory environment in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building successful relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
