We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in public relations and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to promote the organization's initiatives, events, and achievements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other materials to generate positive media coverage
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance the organization's online presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels
- Handle crisis communications and manage reputation management in case of negative publicity

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
