We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong media relations skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the organization's mission and programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage in top-tier outlets
- Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other materials to generate positive media coverage
- Coordinate and manage press events, conferences, and interviews
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with organizational goals
- Manage crisis communications and handle media inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and communications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- [X] years of experience in public relations, preferably in the education sector
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in media relations and securing press coverage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
