Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Operations Program Manager to join our Agriculture company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the purchasing operations program, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans and policies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings
- Manage the procurement of goods and services, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the purchasing process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing operations program
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the effectiveness of the purchasing operations program
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to purchasing operations
- Manage and mentor a team of purchasing professionals to ensure high performance and productivity

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in purchasing operations, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
