We are looking for a talented and experienced Purchasing Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing operations program within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes within the healthcare sector
- Manage and lead a team of purchasing professionals to ensure efficient and effective procurement of goods and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the organization's needs and requirements
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships
- Monitor and analyze purchasing trends, costs, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline purchasing operations and enhance efficiency
- Drive cost savings initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in purchasing operations within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement programs and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
