We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Program Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the quality control program within the healthcare facility to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures through audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular training and education programs for staff on quality control protocols and procedures.
- Manage and track quality control metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of the program.
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality control-related inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality control and incorporate them into the program.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control management in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements in healthcare, such as JCI, DHA, and HAAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality control programs and initiatives.
- Certification in quality management or a related field is preferred.
