We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control programs to ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction in our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control metrics and key performance indicators
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective action plans
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain
- Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices and procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality control

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
