We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai, specializing in retail properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, with a focus on retail properties in the Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients looking to buy, sell, or lease retail properties in Dubai
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine market trends and pricing strategies
- Prepare and present property listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the Dubai real estate market

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai
- Proven track record of successful sales and transactions in the retail sector
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, specifically in retail properties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation
