We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, with a focus on commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of real estate development projects from conception to completion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities
- Negotiate and secure land acquisitions for development projects
- Develop and implement project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the development process
- Ensure compliance with local zoning and building regulations
- Oversee the leasing and sales process for completed properties
- Monitor market trends and adjust development strategies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in real estate development, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing development projects from start to finish
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
