We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and real estate development, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the real estate development process, including site selection, feasibility studies, design and construction, permitting, and project management
- Develop and implement project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deadlines and financial goals are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and other partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities and trends in the Dubai real estate market
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners to secure funding for projects
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and zoning laws throughout the development process
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate development, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including current trends and regulations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
