We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and manage our healthcare real estate portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, operations, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare real estate portfolio, including property management, lease administration, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and profitability of the real estate assets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including healthcare providers, to identify and address operational needs and improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance, repairs, and other services.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics for the real estate portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of property management and operations staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing real estate assets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
