We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management and operations, with a focus on commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all real estate operations for the company in Abu Dhabi, including leasing, property management, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and secure new properties for expansion projects.
- Manage relationships with property owners, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
- Monitor market trends and conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal performance of assets.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets for real estate assets.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.
- Handle any legal or regulatory issues related to real estate operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and property management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
