We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our healthcare facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The Recreation Assistant will be responsible for organizing and leading recreational activities for patients and residents to promote physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities such as arts and crafts, music therapy, fitness classes, and group outings
- Develop and implement activity programs tailored to the specific needs and interests of patients and residents
- Encourage participation and social interaction among patients to enhance their overall quality of life
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to incorporate therapeutic techniques into recreational activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation in recreational programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during recreational activities
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity areas
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in recreational therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field
- [number] years of experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
