We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Recreation Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing and leading recreational activities for employees in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate recreational activities such as sports tournaments, fitness classes, team-building exercises, and wellness programs.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining recreational equipment and facilities.
- Promote and encourage employee participation in recreational activities to promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize company events and outings.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for recreational activities.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of recreational programs and gather feedback from participants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in organizing recreational activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational activities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
