We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recreation Coordinator to join our Agriculture team in Abu Dhabi. The Recreation Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating recreational activities for employees and visitors on our agricultural site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recreational program for employees and visitors, including sports tournaments, group outings, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to arrange recreational events and activities.
- Create and maintain a budget for recreational activities and ensure expenditures are within budgetary limits.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of recreational programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote recreational activities and encourage participation among employees.
- Maintain recreational facilities and equipment, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, addressing any concerns or issues related to recreational activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating recreational programs, preferably in a corporate or agricultural setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Recreation Management or related field.
- Experience working in the agriculture industry.
