We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Recreation Specialist will be responsible for organizing and coordinating recreational activities for employees and promoting a healthy work-life balance within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate recreational activities such as sports leagues, fitness classes, team-building exercises, and wellness programs
- Develop and implement creative and engaging activities that cater to the interests and needs of employees
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a healthy work-life balance and boost employee morale
- Manage recreational facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for employee use
- Maintain accurate records of participation and feedback from employees to continually improve recreational programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recreational programming
- Assist in planning and executing company events and celebrations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in organizing recreational activities, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
