Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a construction site in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to workers, promoting health and safety, and responding to medical emergencies. As an RN in this unique setting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of all personnel on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to employees at the construction site, including first aid, assessment, and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Monitor the health status of workers, conducting regular health assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all treatments and incidents.
- Collaborate with site management to implement health and safety policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct health education sessions and workshops to promote occupational health and safety awareness among workers.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating transportation to medical facilities when necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs tailored to the construction workforce.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers and emergency services as required.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked medical station, ensuring all medical supplies and equipment are available and in good condition.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety on the construction site.

Qualifications:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree in nursing will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency care, or a similar setting.
- Experience in a construction or industrial environment is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- The position requires working in an outdoor construction environment, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
