Job Description:
As a Retail Salesperson, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and current promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer goods sector (1-5 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Sales-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
