Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our team in the Information Technology sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our wide range of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate IT products, solutions, and services based on their requirements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest technology trends, products, and services to provide accurate information and expert advice to customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging customers and encouraging them to explore our products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments securely.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to ensure compliance and effective sales techniques.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
- Strong knowledge of information technology products, including computers, software, peripherals, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
