We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze property leases to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices to tenants
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Work closely with property managers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile revenue accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline revenue cycle processes and improve efficiency
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
