Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and overseeing the revenue cycle processes, ensuring that we maintain compliance with industry regulations while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the full revenue cycle process from patient registration to billing and collections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices for all services rendered, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and industry standards.
- Claims Management: Manage the submission of claims to insurance providers, government programs, and other third-party payers, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Payment Posting: Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts, ensuring that all transactions are documented and reconciled.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may affect cash flow.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to billing and revenue cycle management in the aerospace and defense sector.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations and adherence to policies.
- Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on revenue cycle processes, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing and payments promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or related roles, preferably within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle metrics.
- Proficient in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
