Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Technician to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah, focusing on cutting-edge Information Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic systems and automated technologies used in various applications. Key Responsibilities:

- Installation & Setup: Assist in the installation and configuration of robotic systems and related software, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and diagnostics on robotic systems to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Programming & Testing: Program and test robotic systems, including conducting trials to ensure proper operation and functionality in various environments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and updates to robotic systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other technicians to design, develop, and implement new robotic solutions for a variety of projects.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff and users on the proper operation and maintenance of robotic systems and tools.
- Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and contribute to innovative projects and solutions.

Qualifications:

- A diploma or degree in Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in robotics or automation technology.
- Proficiency in programming languages related to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).
- Hands-on experience with robotic hardware, sensors, and actuators.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical staff.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to robotic systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with industrial robotics and automation systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in robotics.
- Understanding of network configurations and cybersecurity as they relate to robotic systems.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require occasional travel to client sites within the UAE.
- The role may involve working in various environments, including workshops, laboratories, and industrial settings.
